Welcome to the new Story Blog
for The Cafe at KatSimonsBooks!
On the 1st and 15th of every month, you'll find a new short story here, free for readers. Each story is set in "The Cafe" and features a revolving cast of characters that are Cafe regulars as well as drop in characters from my other stories! No limits. Doesn't matter if the characters are from worlds that don't cross over. Anything goes! (Including appearances from my alter ego, Isabo Kelly's fiction eventually.)
These stories are free for readers for two weeks, so you have plenty of time to enjoy them. But once a new story posts, the old story will disappear. Not permanently, though, never fear.
Once every six months, I'll release a collection of last six month's stories in eBook and Print, so if you've missed anything, you can catch up. And once a year, I'll do a big collection of the year's stories in eBook and Print editions. Maybe even a fancy hardback edition if we're feeling a little extra.
The Cafe is a space for building community and for giving readers regular entertainment. I hope you'll enjoy it here!
Look out for the first story from The Cafe on December 15th as we get a jump on the new year.
