Refund policy
Returns for eBooks can only be accepted if the book was previously purchased and this is a second, accidental purchase. If that happens, please email me at tanddpublishing@gmail.com.
At present, all eBook returns are done via store credit. You will receive the value of the book in credit toward another instore purchase.
EBooks returns will not be accepted for any other reason besides duplicate purchases.
Returns for Merchandise are not excepted. However, if you receive something that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me at tanddpublishing@gmail.com and attach a picture of the damaged item to the email. I will arrange to have the item replaced at no additional cost to you.
